Two-component polymer-cement system — eco-friendly, flexible, contractor-trusted
Mix liquid polymer with cement powder to create a flexible, breathable waterproof coating. Bonds strongly to concrete and masonry substrates. The preferred choice for contractors doing bathroom, kitchen, and balcony waterproofing in residential and commercial projects. Non-toxic, odorless, eco-friendly.

The standard waterproofing layer before tiling. Tiles adhere directly to cured JS coating — no extra bonding needed.
Flexible coating handles thermal movement on exposed balconies. Tile-ready surface after curing.
Interior pool waterproofing before tiling. Non-toxic formula safe for water contact.
Breathable waterproof layer under tile or paving on accessible roof terraces.
JS coating comes as two separate components: Component A (liquid polymer emulsion) and Component B (cement powder). You mix them on-site before application. This two-component system combines the flexibility of polymer with the durability of cement, providing superior adhesion and waterproofing.
Yes. This is a major advantage of JS coating — once cured, tiles can be applied directly using standard tile adhesive without any additional surface preparation. This makes it the preferred choice for bathroom and kitchen waterproofing under tile.
JS coating works in temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. For roofs exposed to extreme heat above 60°C, we recommend PU waterproof coating instead, which has a higher heat resistance of up to +80°C. JS coating is ideal for interior wet areas and shaded exterior applications.
